Privacy policy

Building Planner works out the plan, cost and building time of a house, chalet or farm from the land dimensions you enter. In short: your projects stay on your device, and the app asks for no account and collects no name, phone number or location.

Kept on your device only

• Your projects: land dimensions, rooms, options and project names.
• Your settings: language, country, and the office name and logo if you add them on the Engineer plan.
• The price list you enter yourself, and its currency.

None of this is sent to us. It is deleted when you delete the project or uninstall the app.

What the app connects to

• Ads (free version): the free version shows Google AdMob ads. Google collects your device's advertising ID and technical details (model, system, IP address) to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud. Where the law requires consent, we ask first, and you can change your choice under “Ad privacy settings” in the app. See Google's advertising policy. Paid plans have no ads.
• Purchases: payments go through Google Play; the app never sees your card details. RevenueCat checks your plan using an anonymous ID created for the app, without a name or email. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.

Reports and sharing

PDF reports and AutoCAD files are created on your device. If you share one, it goes to the app you choose (WhatsApp, email…), not through us.

Children

The app is meant for adults planning a building, not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data about them.

Security

We run no server that stores your data. Connections to Google and RevenueCat are encrypted (HTTPS).

If this policy changes, we update this page and its date.
