Figures are estimates

The plans, quantities, costs and durations shown are first estimates to help you plan, based on your own prices and general engineering ratios. They are not a substitute for a licensed engineer or a municipality-approved plan, and are not fit for construction or a building permit.

The same applies to the electrical, water, drainage, cooling, heating, fire-fighting and safety layouts: they are a first design for estimating quantities and cost, not a construction design. They must be reviewed and approved by a qualified engineer, and the safety system checked against civil defence requirements, before any work.

Use

You may use the app and its reports for your own projects or for your clients (Engineer plan). You may not copy, resell or modify the app to unlock paid features.

Plans

• The Pro plan is a one-time payment for life; it does not renew.
• The Engineer plan is a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time payment for life. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, in Google Play, under “Payments & subscriptions”.
• After cancelling a subscription, the features stay until the paid period ends. Refunds follow Google Play's policy.
• “Restore purchases” in the app brings your plan back on a new device with the same Google account.

Liability

The app is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any loss or decision based on its estimates. In any case our liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms; using the app after an update means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the developer resides, without taking away any protection the consumer law of your own country gives you.
